I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is lovely, right next to a park and river, making it convenient for outdoor activities. The service staff was mostly friendly and accommodating, but I did encounter some rude personnel. The room was pretty spacious, which was nice, but it did have some issues with cleanliness. Overall, it provided decent value for money, but there are definitely things that need improvement.
Rooms

The room was spacious, which was a plus, but it had some tiling on the wall that showed plumbing issues, making it look less appealing.

While some staff members were incredibly helpful and sweet to my needs, I did experience rudeness from others, which was disappointing.

While the rooms were a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but I would love to see improvements, especially in the dining area.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleased with the great location, as it was right in the park and close to the river. The rooms were okay overall and met my basic needs, but there were some cleanliness issues. The service was friendly and helpful, which really elevated my experience. However, the dining options weren't great, and I ended up choosing to eat out most of the time.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was typical for a Days Inn—no frills and a bit of a smell of smoke, but it was clean enough with just average maintenance.

The hotel is decent and met my needs, though the rooms were a bit old and the service was a mixed bag. I appreciated the cleanliness, but some areas felt shabby and the breakfast options could definitely improve. The location is a real highlight, being right near the hot springs and other attractions.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were mostly clean but a bit outdated. The laminate on the table was lifting, which was noticeable. Overall, it was an average room for a Days Inn, fitting my needs but not overly impressive.
Service
7.0
Service varied quite a bit. While some staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, others were a bit uninformative and rude. The breakfast staff was okay, but overall, it could use some improvement.

The location is fantastic, nestled right in the park and walking distance to the hot springs and restaurants. I loved waking up to such beautiful views.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was decent but offered few options. It had the basics, which was fine, but I wouldn't say it was anything special.
Facilities

Facilities were okay, with an accessible pool area, but it could use some upgrades to feel more modern and inviting.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the Hot Springs Park, which was ideal for taking the kids swimming. While the staff was very polite at check-in, the overall service felt a bit lacking in energy. The rooms, on the other hand, were quite dated and not as clean as I hoped. I did enjoy the reasonable breakfast options, but overall, it's not exactly where I would choose for a luxurious stay.
